1. Limit on PI? - in Science and Industry [original thread]
You generally want to stay away from so high sec systems, aim for .6 or .5 systems hisec if you want any kind of richness of materials, ofcourse for plain factory planets this wont matter.

2. Mining Turret Volume Questions - in Science and Industry [original thread]
T2 miner with T1 crystal is like 8% better than T1 miner, and T2 miner with T2 crystals is like 8% better than with T1 crystals. Roughly, when i checked. You MUST use crystals if you use T2 miners or they are near useless.

Shrink the bar to comfortable width (i use minimum width), then move the small bar left and right (not resizing) until you see hotspots as bright as you like.

4. Copying blueprint - rounding or not working right? - in Science and Industry [original thread]
That it indeed would, but every time i have had mismatching number of runs it has been just a human error on my part. Copies going to wrong hangar, accidents with decryptors, fumbling with mouse, etc

6. Scientists and Industrialists, please help me find a purpose! - in Science and Industry [original thread]
With that char you can also get easily into T2 production by just getting the various engineering skills up, you have all others there already. It does require some market research but its rather easy with programs like EVEIPH and so on.

8. [PI] Need some help - in Science and Industry [original thread]
Use 2 silos and pull one material per cycle, you get more heads since you run only 1 ecu. Should work fine since you run fast cycles.

11. Best PI setup out there - in Science and Industry [original thread]
Isnt coolant smaller than the raw materials anyway, so you could just use one pad. I had similar setups year or two ago, 2 clusters of one pad with 9 factories iirc, so 2 pads 18 factories per planet. Nice iskies but bit too repetitive hauling so ...

13. new to eve, into mining, curious about hireing a hauler, what is the... - in Science and Industry [original thread]
Well for starters you really want to drop the ore to the local station yourself, and then contract the stuff from there (procurer has decent orehold so this wont slow you down THAT much). Unless you really really trust the haulerguy.

Your standings towards the npc corp are what matters, not your player corps. Aim for 6.67 or something for zero taxes.
